In the ever-changing world of Customer Experience, staying still is the same as falling behind. That’s why the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) requires all Certified Customer Experience Professionals (CCXPs) to engage in ongoing, real-time learning to maintain their certification.

And they’re right to do so.

Real-Time Learning is Now Mandatory — and More Valuable Than Ever

As of the latest CXPA requirements, CCXPs must earn at least 15 credits of live, real-time educational experiences during each three-year renewal cycle. This shift emphasizes the value of interactive, up-to-date, and applicable learning — not just theory in a PDF.

What qualifies as “real-time learning”?

  • Live conferences

  • Webinars and summits

  • Interactive CXPA events

  • And most importantly: Live training from Recognized Providers

That’s where we come in.

Acceleration Academy is proud to be the only CXPA Recognized Training Provider in Canada.

We design and deliver live, interactive CX courses and workshops that go beyond theory — and count toward your recertification credits. It’s about staying sharp, connected, and relevant in a field that’s growing more strategic by the day.

Sometimes you just need a really big, clear clock that you can see from across the room, especially if you're giving a presentation or timing an activity. Using a Full-Screen Digital Lock Screen Clock on a spare monitor, tablet, or even your main screen can be incredibly useful. It provides a no-fuss, easy-to-read time display without any other distractions. I’ve used this kind of setup during workshops, and it helps keep everyone on track. It's simple but very effective for time management in various situations.

Teaching kids to tell time on a traditional clock can be challenging. An interactive AnalogClock online, where they can adjust the hands and participate in time-telling games or challenges, really helps them master reading clocks in a fun, educational way.
